[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Banksia Integrifolia, commonly known as Coast Banksia, grows right along the eastern coast of Australia from Victoria up to central Queensland.
This one was on growing above a cliff in at South Head in Sydney Harbour National Park. It is extremely hardy and so is also popular as a garden planet. In exposed positions it might only grow to 5m but in maroe favourable conditions can grow in to a tree of over 20m.
