Hi Pankaj,
The picture is superb colors and sharpness is wonderful.Coming to the spirt of TN i would like to tell you my experience. I landed in Netherlands on some official work and wanted to do some photography to de-stress myself , so i gave a hint to Paula(PVB) that i'll be in Netherlands , to my surprise she responded and after that i have personally met Paula, Pentaxfriend (Thijs) and Rene who have taken me around here. All this was not possible if there was no TN, so its is great dedication.

menthe a l'eau c'est du sirop de menthe avec de l'eau pour se desalterer et ici c'est aussi la couleur de la mante!

This is a capture where I think the black background caused by the flash is just brilliant bringing out the colour and the details of this green Mantis so beautifully.
No distortion of natural colours just highlighting. It's as if I was looking at it in real life! Outstanding shot and very nicely compossed too.

The use of flash has created a pitch black BG which suits the green subject and the leaf very well, Pankaj.
Congrats on getting a new tripod! You have used it to good advantage in this frame.

Amazing beautiful composition. The use of the flash here was a very inteligent move, cause one can see the mantis better with no backgroung distractions. The colors and contrast are very good. And the note given really makes sense with such a nice picture. My best regards.
