Close enough isn't it ? :) This Egyptian Vulture ( Neophron percnopterus ) searching me for dead or alive ! for vultures there is 2 kind of things in the World ; edible or not to edible , this photo is taken at Beypazari garbage dump near Ankara , Turkey , very little cropped , taken with 300 mm f4 USM L Lens , no tri or monopod , no extender , no fear but a lot of excitement , thanks for your interest.

Hi Akit, The details have come out well. The colours are fine. But I am not able to decide if this is a good crop or composition. The left wing seen more while the right s almost absent is disconcerting.

The back light on the tail feathers has come out really well. A good symmetry would have made this a GREAT picture.

Hello Akif,
Great close in-flight capture of an adult Egyptian Vulture. Fine detail, lighting, sharpness and comp. Rubbish dumps are good places for raptors: we get a lot of Red Kites and occasional Sea Eagles round ours.
