Entomyzon Cyanotis.

This was taken at Broken River mountain retreat, Eungella National Park, Queensland, Australia.

Second photograph of one of these colourful birds.

This one decided to come visit as we sat just outside the cabin, standing on the railing and checking us out before returning to the tree.

Very good portrait, nice colours and background.
The bird is very sharp and composition is very nice.
Excellent work Norman.

Excellent capture Norman. Very sharp with lots of details and great colours all in a nice composition. The note does not tell us much about the bird:-).

Cette photo est excellente tout est parfaits, la pose de l'oiseau, la prise de vue, les couleurs, la netteté, et l'éclairage.

FÉLICITATIONS !!!!

I am sure that this guy has some attitude. Good image and detail. You handled the lighting well on this one, well done, Norman.
TFS.

Yes...he most definitely is checking you out. What an eye.I love the colours.
Great shot Norman.
Cheers.

Lovely colors on this bird. The bright saturated blue on the eyes really stand out in the image and the overall sharpness and DOF are good. This would have been a perfect 10 except for the blown out highlights which distract somewhat (but I guess there was no way around that). Nice frame too. TFS!!
