[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This beauty was on a piece of wood trying to look inconspicuous but we saw him anyway.

Unfortunately my torch (flashlight) holder was a bit too short to illuminate the head properly. OK OK so I should have asked her to hold the torch higher.

Posted simply because I like the patterns on the wings and the warm colours.

Striking image, the patterns on the moth go well against the wood. Would benefit from a little sharpening though.

I loved the composition very much Norman, Focus seems to be a bit soft but very nice colors.

Great composition, very nice warm colours.
Well done.

Great shot!
It has quite amazing look. The shadow on the wood looks very interesting. Colours and light are very good.
I like it very much.
Well done!

This looks like a painting hanging on a wall. Amazing that the shot worked and looks so good- it is so very difficult to focus at night by torchlight. It is a beautiful moth and well worth the shot - what magnificent colours. I love the shadow too -it really adds to the picture.
