a nice picture of this flower with the many names.
Lovey colours and nice POV. This is a real sign on spring.
In these days they blooming everywhere.
In the old days they where used against cough.
The yellow colour of the flowers make this picture nice, I've little bit difficult with the note, perhaps understand these not completely. Sorry Jaak. TFS.

C'est un merveilleux macro et les couleurs de ces fleurs sont très jolies ,les détails et la composition sont supers.J'ai bien hate d'en voir de semblable dans mes rocailles.
Merci et au revoir....JP
Mother Nature can be so kind showing us this happy little flower so early in the season. It's interesting to know that the flowers come before any foliage. Excellent detail, lighting and colours. Great note!

Lots of optimistic yellow!
But don't be too happy, often have I seen those covered with layers of cold white snow...
Family is well depicted, good details and the sunlight works well!

Nice image of this very brave and pretty flowers. The colour is wonderful as is the lighting. I like that you have included some of the buds and it contrast well with the rocky roadside shoulder. Beautiful.

My personal favorite SPRING flower!
Very nice focus..........I think I see a light green bug of some sort in amongst the yellow blossoms..........maybe a spider...
Nicely framed, great composition and very clearly defined buds/blossoms!!

Thank you again for so nice comments and letters. There can be you will write about yourself and Russian period of a life?
I like this perfect done shot and pictured subject. Contrast of the flowers and BG is so impressive. Lights, darks, rich colours and excellent sharpness of the image create a strong esthetic impression and some mood. Bravo and my heart wishes.

now here she is.
La primavera! Called "Sowfoot".
Great shot, excellent notes on Tussilago.
What a powerful announcement of spring. And what a lot of funny names. Most of them sound rough, some of them could serve as four letter words. Such is folk's etymology. Always rough to what they love. I like the name "son before father", never heard of that before. Definitely preferring that wisely descriptive expression instead of "sowfoot".
Thank you! Best regards,
