Thanks for all the nice words and nice comments on my previous image.

This is a Greylag taken outside my town Gävle. The spring has stopped temporary and it’s a bit cold but the birds is arriving anyway. This is taken with my new Sony A77, a great camera.

I hope to be more active this year on TN, I have received back desire to take a photograph.
I have been a lot tired and bored to shoot birds and insects but I think it’s over now. :-)
I hope you like the flying Grågås

Info from Wikidedia.

The Greylag is the largest and bulkiest of the grey Anser geese. It has a rotund, bulky body, a thick and long neck, and a large head and bill. It has pink legs and feet, and an orange or pink bill.[2] It is 75 to 90 centimeters (30 to 35 in) long with a wing length of 41.2 to 48 centimeters (16.2 to 19 in). It has a tail 6.2 to 6.9 centimeters (2.4 to 2.7 in), a bill 6.4 to 6.9 centimeters (2.5 to 2.7 in) long, and a tarsus 7.1 to 9.3 centimeters (2.8 to 3.7 in). It weighs 2,921 to 3,612 grams (103.0 to 127.4 oz). Males are generally larger than females, more so in the eastern subspecies rubirostris.[2]The plumage of the Greylag Goose is greyish-brown, with a darker head and paler belly with variable black spots. Its plumage is patterned by the pale fringes of its feathers. It has a white line bordering its upper flanks. Its coverts are lightly colored, contrasting with its darker flight feathers. Juveniles differ mostly in their lack of a black-speckled belly.

Hello Gert,
Your new camera seems to be a good choice! Amazing sharpness all over the body of this flying Greylag and a fine and simple bird-shot.
Nice to read that you will be more present again :-)
Kind regards

Hi Gert,

We also hope your negative feeling about shooting birds and insects is over now. :) This capture's simply breathtaking. The neat composition, the excellent shutter speed you used, your white balance settings - everything's like a tutorial to us, amateur kids, how to make photos like this. :) Exceptional shot. Bravo.

Not belonging to my critique, but I checked out the bigger picture you linked, and compared to the TrekNature version, there's a light red filter on the image. Many sites are using this kind of "corrections" - for example that's why I don't like to post photos to Facebook, because my blue tones are always f*cked up by the website, getting red or yellow filters from it. And FB isn't the only example.

Best regards, László
