[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
hello with all
I hope to catch up with myself by putting this duck couple, I remain in the field of the bird on water but I find that it is nevertheless better than the photograph of my swan (I thank the friends well having had the frankness to say the truth to me on this famous swan) thus I brought out this photograph of my files, very little improved but especially crossed, carla ausi it were much further from me. I await your comments. thank you for more information on the mallard to see low

Hello Edith,
Cute situation captured!
Seems like they are going in the same direction, yeah...
Attractive composition, but maybe I miss a tad of sharpness?
Greetings,
Pablo -

hello didith
ah ouiiiii

Claudine

Hello Edith,
Nice composition and natural settings. A bit more sharpness would make this picture perfect. Enjoy seeing a happy couple:)

Hi Edith.
A bit soft but nice picture of these cute couple. I like your POV, captured scenery, exposure and composition. DOF is selected very well too. My best wishes and TFS.

Hi Edith

What a lovely capture of this handsome couple enjoying the freedom of their environment.

I like the composition very much showing these birds in their natural habitat. However, IMHO there are 2 nits that we can see here. Sharpness and exposure. I think both could actually be addressed sufficiently in PP to bump this photo into a higher quality. Probably it needed a little more contrast and a little less brightness just to take care of the exposure element and after that you could add a little saturation just for taste. Add to that some more sharpening on the USM and I am sure you will see a radically improved version.

Anyway, one can make a bad photo better in PP, but one can only make a good photo look excellent in PP. One cannot make a bad photo look excellent no matter what software you might be using, but I am confident that this photo would make a significant improvement with the correct PP applied.

Good work and TFS.
Regards
Loot

PS. I've done a quick workshop to illustrate what I am saying. If one had the original photo I am sure one could even do considerably more to it.
