[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The granite coast of Finistere North is dominated by huge rockformations. Due to the difference of 3 - 12 m between high and low tide, lots of seagrass, snails and mussels are washed ashore. Beaches consist of sand of different grain size, from rough like this to almost powder in the next bay. The beaches of Kerlouan are most spectacular and one of them is full of snails of all kinds and colours.
The ones on this photo are NOT arranged, except the yellow one.
