Obviously Moe is the cutest, now which one is he. Colourful post of these beautiful Sun Conure (Aaratinga solstitialis)which live in Venezula and notheastern Brazil.

Brilliant shot! Fantastic colours and very nice composition! I recognise these fellows from the superb Jurong bird park in Singapore. I believe this is a Yellow Conure, "Aratinga solstitialis", from the inner Amazon area.
