the species you show is most probably
- Mycalesis gotama
- Nymphalidae, Satyrinae
You focused well on the body and the wings. It's a pity that the right wings are not so sharp probably due to wing movements. Butterflies often do not erst or behave as photographers would like. Nevertheless, a nice picture which I would like to include in my next Theme on Satyrinae. Is that o.k.?
Best wishes, Peter
nice capture of this beautiful butterfly , the pov is very suitable, nice green bg offers good contrast, looks like the butterfly has moved the wings when you clicked and it resulted in blur, any way a nice capture,
tfs & regards
Hello friend Arjun,
Good clarity on this beautiful captured of butterfly!
good sharpness, natural colouration and details
well done and composed
Good details in the insect, attractive colour palette!
The tight framing works well, and the subject is presented in a nice composition!
A good capture of this satyrinae. Mr. Peter has already IDed it. Focus is a bit soft on the right side but the composition and POV are very good. Thanks a lot for sharing.
Hi Arjun, splendid butterfly with great details, superb sharpness, very well done, ciao Silvio
