Ivory Featherleg

I took the shot of these small Ivory Featherlegs (Platycnemis dealbata (Selys &Hagen); Platycnemididae; Elfenbein- Federlibelle) at a small brook while bicycling in Azerbaijan. I have not seen this species before. No wonder, its distribution ranges from southeastern Turkey to Kashmir and the Caspian coast, it is limited in the south by the Sinai, Syrian Desert and Persian Gulf. I had to contend with a small camera, focussing is a problem without an optical viewfinder.

Even without optical viewfinder, you have captured a pin sharp macro of these mating Damselflies, Dietrich.
The colouring on both the subjects is distinctly different.
A well composed and beautiful image.
