What a superb image this is Paul. I do appreciate seeing it but I doubt it matches the thrill of your sighting! The pose, downward glance and the stick make the scene feel so natural. He does not seem at all bothered by your presence. I love the soft palette of color and the slightly out of focus background.

Herinner me zoiets. Ah de traveloque...:-)
Mooie plaat. Mooi dier. Was ie alleen. Ziet er tamelijk jong uit.

great face, tfs ori
Nice portrait of this young leopard. You were lucky to see this elusive animal, I live right next to Kruger and I have not been able to photograph one although I have seen them in the distance or in such shadow that they cannot be photographed.
Hope you enjoy the trip.

Very nice too, but a very nice moment was caught square. Of the innocent and cute image is not saturated with Leopard. Thank you so much for sharing.

You have got me real jealous with this shot. I envy you for being able to capture this beauty, but hopefully I'll be in luck when we visit the Park in October. We were fortunate to book accommodation in the Satara camp more than with our previous trips, I cannot wait. The closeness you captured on this beautiful animal is stunning. The detail in the baby blue eyes is astounding; the fur looks soft and tender and the pose with the small branch under its chin a moment to treasure forever. Thanks for making the wait for the vacation in October a bit shorter with this beauty. Best regards.
