Hi John,

You're still alive and well, I see :) I have not been here in a long time. Mostly on TE, lately some problem viewing the images. So I thought I revisit the site.

The photo is good in quality as always and a pleasure to see your images again. Will try to visit more.

Hello John

It is a really big bird because we can also
see a part of his tail on the image, you shot
the photo at the best moment, and i love the
light coming in to the bird, TFS

Hello John.
It has been a while since I last interact with you in TE/TN. I hope you are doing fine in Canada/Australia.
The head and wing that pop out of the foliage shone by the light is beautiful.
Thanks and have a great weekend.

Hi John, Good bird in the pines image. The clarity of the feathers is excellent. The green colour really jumps out at the viewer. All the best for the Xmas-New Year season. TFS. Murray

Ji John

I have read in some literature that ''bat'' men often get lung diseases from all the dust in the bat caves. Is this a fact or ''old women stories?

Unusual photo.

Hi John, Good DOF really makes this large bird stand out well from his surroundings. The clarity and outline of the subject is excellent. I like the way he stands to keep the tail feathers free. TFS. Murray.

Hi John, I couldn't resist this photo with the wonderful pelican full flight. Having spent the first 2 days of the year in Tasmania seeing pelicans every day (and attempting to shoot them), I can honestly appreciate the skill that went into taking this shot. The podwer blue of the sky contrasts so well against the balck and white pelican, it really is a masterful shot. TFS, Lisa
